About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and personable Team Assistant to provide administrative support to a busy and dynamic team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, helping colleagues stay organised and supporting a highly collaborative working environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars
- Organising travel arrangements and processing expenses
- Preparing meeting rooms, agendas, and presentation materials
- Taking meeting notes and following up on action points where required
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Ordering office supplies and assisting with general office coordination
- Supporting team events and other ad hoc administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or Team Assistant role
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to work
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setup
