Location: West End (hybrid working model)

Rate: £15 Holiday Pay

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Step into the world of luxury retail. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Buying & Merchandising Team within one of the world's most prestigious department stores. What You'll Be Doing

  • As a key support within the merchandising function, you'll be at the heart of trading activity - driving stock availability, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of products from order to delivery.
  • Produce data-driven sales forecasts to support trading decisions.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders, tracking progress end-to-end.
  • Proactively expedite deliveries and maintain product availability.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and drive OTIF performance.
  • Identify delivery issues early and implement solutions quickly.
  • Manage and analyse Supplier Compliance Charges.
  • Generate insights from data to support performance improvements.
  • Maintain system parameters to ensure optimal stock allocation.

Who You Are

  • Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis).
  • A strong communicator, confident working across multiple teams.
  • Naturally analytical with a commercial mindset.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
  • Comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
