About The Role
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior leaders, ensuring the efficient running of day-to-day operations while contributing to the coordination and governance of digital initiatives across portfolio companies. The role requires exceptional organisational capability, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level executive support, including complex diary and inbox management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and manage portfolio company contact databases.
- Support the tracking and coordination of cross-portfolio digital initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials to a high professional standard.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive effective administrative processes to support team efficiency and delivery.
