We are looking for an exceptional Temps Consultant to join our high-performing commercial division. The Role- Managing and developing a successful temporary recruitment desk
- Building strong relationships with existing clients and candidates
- Developing new business opportunities across the commercial/office support market
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-calibre temporary staff
- Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience at every stage
- Proven experience within temporary recruitment, ideally commercial or office support
- Strong billing history and business development capability
- Motivated, ambitious, and relationship-driven
- Passionate about delivering a consultative, high-quality service
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
