A leading international architectural firm is seeking a proactive and personable Reception Assistant to join its busy Central London studio of 155+ staff. This varied role combines front-of-house, hospitality, administration and event support. Working closely with architects, project teams and the wider Administration Team, you will help deliver an exceptional experience for both visitors and employees.

  • Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house operations
  • Setting up meeting rooms and coordinating hospitality
  • Helping with employee events
  • Answering calls and managing shared inboxes
  • Supporting internal meetings, presentations and studio events
  • Assisting project teams with administration and documentation
  • Maintaining tidy and professional reception and meeting spaces
  • Liaising with Facilities and providing reception cover when required
