Are you an ambitious Team Assistant, Administrator or early-career PA looking for the opportunity to step into a more dynamic, fast-paced environment? This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing Private Equity firm where you'll work closely with senior professionals and gain genuine exposure to the investment world. You don't need to have worked in Private Equity before - we're more interested in your attitude, organisation and ambition to develop.
Working as part of a collaborative support team, you'll provide day-to-day assistance to several senior individuals, helping to keep diaries, meetings, travel and general administration running smoothly. You'll be trusted with responsibility from the outset, while gaining valuable experience and learning how a busy investment business operates.
You might be someone who:
- Has 1-3 years' experience in administration, team support, coordination or a junior PA role
- Is naturally organised, switched-on and enjoys being busy
- Wants to move into Private Equity, financial services or a professional investment environment
- Is confident communicating with people at all levels and enjoys building relationships
- Can manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail
- Has good Microsoft Office skills and is comfortable picking up new systems
- Is curious, proactive and happy to get stuck in rather than waiting to be asked
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative and high-energy environment
- Is keen to learn and develop their PA career
- Has an interest in AI and using technology to work smarter
You don't need a Private Equity background or years of PA experience - this role is about potential.
