My client, a fast-growing Software company based in Central London, is looking for an experienced PA / Office Manager to join their team immediately in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, tech-savvy, and confident working across a range of office management, executive support, and team operations responsibilities. The role is temporary to start (3 months), with the potential for extension.
Office Management
- Oversee daily operations of the London office, ensuring an efficient, professional, and welcoming environment
- Liaise with building management and external vendors
- Manage logistics: meeting room coordination, office supplies, deliveries, and H&S compliance
- Provide light-touch operational support to the New York office
- Arrange travel (domestic and international), accommodation, and prepare itineraries
- Help drive internal comms and cross-functional team collaboration
- Support ad-hoc internal projects and operational tasks
Prior experience in a PA/office manager role within a startup or tech environment is strongly preferred.
