Temporary HR Coordinator This dynamic screen company is seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to assist their Operations and HR team over a three-week period. Temporary: 3 weeks ~£15 per hour ~ Immediate Start Be the main point of contact for the managers and staff regarding all professional HR advice and guidance. Provide support to the HR Manager in the handling office issues and ensuring a positive approach to adjustments. Coordinate with the HR and Operations team to continuously improve HR processes and ensure they comply with internal values. Manage the advertising of roles, both on job boards and through recruitment agencies. Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Action training requests, source providers and track attendance. Provide general office support when required to support the operations team. Proficiency in MS Office Packages. Adaptable and flexible with the ability to multitask. Understanding of payroll administration with experience of supporting a payroll team.
