An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly driven and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support 4 Managing Directors and the wider legal team, within a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless running of a busy and high-performing function. We are seeking a true "superstar" Executive Assistant - someone polished, proactive, and exceptionally professional, with the ambition, resilience, and commercial awareness to succeed and develop within a legal and corporate environment.

The successful candidate will be confident managing competing priorities, anticipating needs before they arise, and building strong relationships at all levels. Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating complex meetings, international travel, and schedules

  • Supporting wider team coordination and administrative processes
  • Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team
