We're seeking a confident and detail-driven Credit Controller with around two years of experience to take ownership of our Accounts Receivable (AR) function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, values-driven business where you'll have autonomy, purpose, and real influence.

What You'll Be Doing:- Manage the AR function from start to finish, taking ownership of day-to-day operations
- Lead and provide guidance in all AR-related matters, helping shape a high-performing finance function
- Chase unpaid accounts through letter, statement, email, and phone - always with professionalism and care
- Ensure daily bank reconciliations and accurate posting of payments
- Promptly handle and resolve client queries, updating customer records and maintaining excellent service
- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure ledgers remain clean and up to date
- Prepare and review aged receivables, providing insight and follow-up actions
- Work to minimise overdue balances and improve cash flow
- Collaborate across the business to identify areas for improvement in recovery processes
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, supporting future growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers alike
- Set and monitor AR KPIs, driving transparency and performance
- Support cash inflow forecasting and contribute to wider financial planning
- Deliver accurate, timely month-end reporting
- Around 2+ years' experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
- Proven experience managing AR processes with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive and accountable mindset - always looking to add value
- Experience in reconciling complex accounts and handling queries efficiently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with finance systems (ideally Netsuite, etc.)
- A natural collaborator who thrives in agile, evolving environments
