About the Role

Should you have demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging directly with the public; have been exposed to a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment, we would like to hear from you.
We have a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Representative to manage the day‑to‑day processing of visa applications & renewals. This will include:
- Greeting customers
- Supporting completion and checking of applications
- Obtaining biometric data and other documentation
You will need to follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer‑based system. It is crucial for this role to engage with applicants and provide a positive service. Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative. A valid DBS is required as part of the screening process. A copy of your certificate will need to be provided.
