Our client is a well-established FMCG brand based in the heart of the city who is looking for a proactive and organised EA to join their current team.
ASAP Start, 3 months, £23.00 - £25.00ph plus holiday, 4 days office-based - Friday WFH.
This position is a busy, project-based role which requires a candidate to take ownership of projects and provide exceptional support at all times. Supporting the Head of Communications, this role provides comprehensive support to the wider team including administration, travel arrangements, internal communications coordination, meeting, and project management.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Co-ordinate meetings, conferences, and events that drive collaboration and business growth across the region. This includes managing social events and team meetings.
- Act as a gatekeeper and trusted support to senior leaders, expertly managing complex calendars, travel logistics, and ensuring seamless expense management.
- Prepare and communicate agendas, build impactful presentations, capture key meeting outcomes, and proactively track action items to ensure accountability and progress.
- Co-ordinate and execute exclusive trade tours and oversee the planning and execution of high-profile trips and events, ensuring exceptional experiences.
- Prepare and manage confidential correspondence, communications, and documents with attention to detail and discretion.
- Maintain confidential business records and files, with sensitivity.
- Manage ad hoc projects that support business priorities.
- Assist in brand budget consolidation at each month end.
- Build and distribute engaging internal communications, i.e., newsletters, huddle emails, and ad hoc organisation-wide communications.
- Maintain a communications calendar, ensuring timely development and distribution of high-quality content across all agreed channels.
- Curate engaging and relevant content that aligns with company views.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout all communication processes.
