My client are a large global organisation who are looking for a Data Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate is organised and structured, with excellent communication skills. This role is starting immediately and requires a candidate to work full time. 3 days office based / 2 WFH.
Main Duties Include:
- Trace individuals to reunite them with our clients using a variety of internal and external platforms.
- Order certificates from registry offices and consolidate the expenses.
- Process large data files through internal systems and ensure deadlines are met.
- Receive, distribute and record post, data entry and filing.
- Take inbound and outbound telephone calls in order to re-engage individuals with our clients.
- Engage with and support key stakeholders from across the business.
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
