Our client, a fantastic family-run business that manufactures & supplies high-quality products to the commercial horticultural industry internationally, is seeking a permanent sales administrator to complement their team. We are looking for a friendly, helpful and customer-focused individual, ideally with previous export and shipping/supplier administration experience, who would love to work for a friendly, progressive and humble organisation.
In this role, you will help support the sales team in:
- Order processing
- Logistics
- Data entry
- Other general administration
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and issuing quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and delivery notes
- Organising transport and logistics for deliveries to customers
- Co-ordinating order and shipping/delivery planning
- Keeping customers updated on the status of their order
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
- Data reporting
- Proof reading marketing materials
- Attending and assisting tradeshows
- Organising team meetings
This role will see you working in a small but close-knit supportive team and office environment. Salary will be dependent upon experience.
