We are currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join an investment firm in Victoria. The role is temp to perm so the right person will need to be available for an immediate start. The role is busy and varied and you will work as part of a small team. The role is fully client facing and will liaise across facilities in several areas.
Main Duties
- Meeting & greeting all clients
- Organising meeting rooms
- Booking and organising client lunches
- Arranging couriers
- Dealing with suppliers
- Managing visitor access
- Receiving deliveries
