Pay: £25 per hour + holiday pay

Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a leading financial services firm in the City of London for a 3-week temporary assignment .
This is a great opportunity for a confident and organised PA who enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced environment and is available for a short-term assignment.
About the Role
Working as part of a busy professional team, you'll provide high-quality administrative and PA support, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing busy diaries and arranging meetings
Coordinating internal and external appointments
Organising meeting rooms and preparing meeting materials
Making travel arrangements and coordinating itineraries
Managing emails and correspondence
Preparing documents, reports and presentations
Processing expenses and invoices where required
Liaising with senior stakeholders, clients and external contacts
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Handling ad hoc tasks and projects as required
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous PA, EA or senior administrative experience
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A professional and confident manner
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Previous experience within financial services or a professional services environment would be advantageous
