HR Administrator - Covent Garden

9am - 5pm

We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a busy HR team in a varied and fast-paced role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator looking to develop their experience within HR.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support across HR, payroll, recruitment, and onboarding , ensuring processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting payroll administration and responding to payroll queries
Processing starters, leavers, and employee changes on the HR system
Coordinating interviews and recruitment administration
Managing pre-employment checks and Right to Work documentation
Supporting new starter inductions and onboarding
Monitoring HR inboxes and responding to employee queries
Preparing HR documentation and letters
Maintaining accurate records and confidential employee information
Supporting benefits administration and other general HR tasks
About you:
Previous experience in a busy administration role, ideally within HR
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage competing priorities and work independently
Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
