Temporary Data Administrator - Fully Remote
Working hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Working model: Fully Remote - laptop provided (to be collected on first day)
Hourly pay rate: £15.20 per hour + holiday pay
Duration: 2 months
Our client is a well-established organisation in the healthcare and publishing sector is looking for a Data Administrator to join its busy and dynamic team.
They are looking for a team player who takes a proactive, critical and highly detailed approach to work.
Key Responsibilities
Working independently , navigating and reporting on websites and data paths
Gathering and preparing relevant data to use in analytic applications
Carrying out in-depth research and data mining.
Report findings
Communicate recommendations based on findings to your supervisor, other teams and senior staff
Ad-hoc support of the Project Manager
Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
Retrieving data as requested
Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
Generating periodic reports
Extensive use of Excel
Essential Skills and Experience
Excellent attention to detail
Outgoing personality, used to working unsupervised.
Strong communication skills (both Verbal and Written).
Patient, can manage stressful situations without losing his/her sense of priority.
Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously
Excellent data and website manipulation
Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
