Pay: £115.38 per day

What You'll Be Doing
Engage with customers and clients to address any queries relating to services and offer empathetic and thoughtful support.
Accurately documenting customer interactions on CRM systems, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Develop a deep industry knowledge to accurately guide customers towards the right products and services with clarity and confidence.
Handling customer concerns with sensitivity, escalating cases where appropriate.
Sharing customer feedback to help enhance services and improve the overall experience.
Collaborating with colleagues to uphold a high standard of service and contribute to team-wide insights.
