Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (Office-based)
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per annum

Our client is a leading facilities support company specialising in building management services. They are looking for a dynamic and customer‑focused individual to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small, highly collaborative team in a fast‑paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Client and Supplier Communication: Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide assistance where possible. Filter and manage emails, responding proactively and directing tasks as needed.
- Project Support: Work closely with the projects team to handle client inquiries and resolve questions from suppliers and contractors efficiently.
- Quotation Management: Translate quotes from costing spreadsheets into formal quotations and issue to clients.
- Liaising with Stakeholders: Maintain regular contact with clients, suppliers, and contractors via phone and email. This includes obtaining material costs, ordering materials, and ensuring timely communication between all parties involved.
- Work in Progress (WIP) Monitoring: Keep track of ongoing projects by gathering information from project teams, engineers, and suppliers to ensure deadlines and budgets are being adhered to.
- Team Collaboration: Support a tight‑knit team in managing the day‑to‑day administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth running of the office.
