PA to Directors
Love Success is working with the digital / tech division of a mid-sized and growing private equity firm, where the team works closely with portfolio companies to develop their AI and cyber security projects and systems. They are recruiting a candidate for 4 weeks holiday cover, to support the busy team of 5 in global diary and travel management, liaison with the portfolio companies, expenses and organising team events. This would suit a PA or EA from a consultancy/ tech or private equity background. An interest in technology would be a benefit, and the ability to organise lots of conflicting priorities is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team PA or Team Assistant to grow/maintain their career & current skill set in the dynamic private equity sector. To provide administrative and project support to the Portfolio Digital team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient execution of strategic initiatives. The role includes managing contacts, coordinating meetings, supporting digital projects, and facilitating engagement across portfolio companies. The Portfolio Digital team works with portfolio companies on digital value creation (cyber security, digital foundations and AI opportunities).
Dimensions of Role:
- Administrative support for Portfolio Digital leadership and team.
- Management and maintenance of portfolio company contact lists.
- Coordination of team meetings, including tracking action items and follow-ups.
- Cross-portfolio tracking of projects as needed.
