Temporary Receptionist in Private Equity

Our client is seeking a bright and enthusiastic temporary Receptionist to join their front of house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced office in London City. This company is an established Private Equity firm who value professionalism and exceptional service.

Overview:

Location: Central London

Hours: 8am-5pm

Working Model: Fully Office Based

Contract: Temporary, 4-6 weeks

Pay Rate: £13- £16 dependent on experience

Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Ensure the reception area is kept tidy, stocked and is well maintained.
• Manage the switchboard operations and direct calls to the relevant divisions.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post.
• Coordinate refreshments alongside the Catering Manager.
• Liaise with building management regarding repair and maintenance issues.
• Manage calendar schedules and the coordination of meeting rooms.

Key Experience:

• Previous front of house experience, ideally within a corporate environment.
• Ability to work independently on tasks and collaborate with a wider team.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and investors.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated; ability to set and manage priorities and multi-task.
