Our client is seeking a Temporary, Part-Time Receptionist to provide first-class service in their Central London office. This role would require you to maintain the appearance of the front of house while working alongside a fabulous team.
Location: London
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Tuesday- Thursday, 10am-2pm
Hourly pay rate: £15 per hour plus holiday pay accrual
Responsibilities
- Maintain the equipment levels and appearance of the front of house area and reception desk.
- Operate the switchboard and direct calls to the relevant departments.
- Manage office security through granting staff and visitor access passes.
- Order all stationery and business supplies including business cards, headed paper and toner.
- Receive and distribute incoming post as required.
- Log building complaints or faults and repairs with the property.
- Book taxis, couriers and other means of travel.
- General administrative tasks where required.
