Our client, a highly respected London-based charity, is looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support their Head of Fundraising during a key period of growth and activity. The Role
As PA to the Head of Fundraising, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the Head of Fundraising to focus on strategic priorities. You will play a key coordination role within the wider department, acting as the central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key duties include:
- Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating hybrid events
- Preparing agendas, meeting packs, briefs, and follow-up actions
- Supporting the delivery of key fundraising initiatives and deadlines
- Handling correspondence, inbox management, and stakeholder communication
- Maintaining accurate records, documents, and filing systems
- Assisting with project coordination and administrative tasks across the department

About You
