Temporary Executive Assistant – Private Equity
Ad hoc holiday cover dates through July, August & September 2025
9:00am to 6:00pm
Monday to Friday in office
£210 – £220 per day
Are you an Executive Assistant who thrives on tackling complex challenges in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment?
Join a leading private equity firm with a dynamic, collaborative culture that has been central to its impressive growth. You will play a pivotal role providing EA holiday cover for minimum of one-week blocks, across various business areas.
We are seeking EAs who can work within a fast-paced, high-responsibility role with a strong emphasis on complex diary management and international travel coordination. Exceptional organisational and communication skills are essential.
As with all EA roles within the firm, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. You'll play a key role in building strong relationships-particularly with other EAs across the business-to ensure seamless support for the team. The division is known for being respectful, collegiate, and team-oriented, and they will value your expertise and proactive support.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, ideally within private equity and most certainly within the finance sector. Other professional services organisations such as Consultancy may be considered.
