Our client is a rapidly growing bank, scaling up in the UK and Europe and we are urgently hiring for a Recruitment Manager to join their dynamic Human Resources team in the city. In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across the organisation while delivering a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience.
You'll play a key role in strengthening their employer brand, enhancing onboarding, improving recruitment processes, and reducing turnover across all business areas.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage full recruitment campaigns across the Bank
- Develop and enhance recruitment strategies, policies, and processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
- Create job descriptions, draft job adverts, and assess applications
- Participate in first- and second-stage interviews
- Conduct labour market research and support salary/benefits benchmarking
- Analyse recruitment operations and propose improvements
- Stay updated on relevant legislation (GDPR, IR35) and assess its impact
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in agency or in-house recruitment, managing multiple campaigns
- Banking/financial services experience is highly advantageous
- Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline
- Strong interviewing skills with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences
- Proficient in recruitment technology and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Talent Hub, ATS systems, Lanteria Recruitment Module)
- Experience designing recruitment processes and contributing to talent-related projects
