Our client, a friendly small charity, is looking for a flexible and diligent Personal/Office Assistant who can provide professional and timely service across many aspects of the Office and PA support function. This role requires someone who presents themselves well, is personable, and engaging and who has prior Office support and PA experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to ensure a professional reception.
- Providing hospitality, such as tea, coffee, and water, for client meetings.
- Managing meeting rooms, including the setup of IT and AV equipment.
- Organising board lunches and catering as required.
- Providing support and additional cover for the two EAs as required.
- PA / secretarial duties as and when required.
- Data entry of contacts and interactions into the firm's CRM system.
- Supporting office-related tasks such as printing, binding, posting.
- Ordering and managing office supplies for the stationary room.
- Managing and replenishing kitchen supplies and maintaining the coffee machine.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of office social events.
- Liaising with building reception/security/general maintenance.
- Ensuring the office environment is maintained to a high standard.
- Answering office telephones and aiding with general office coordination.
