Our client, a prestigious Family Office, is seeking a highly organised Team Assistant to support the COO across a broad range of administrative, operational, and coordination duties. This is a varied role that will involve managing contracts and business documentation, maintaining records and filing systems, supporting projects, processing invoices, coordinating supplier administration, and assisting with compliance and governance activities. You will also monitor actions arising from meetings, coordinate approvals and signatures, and provide general operational support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with confidential information.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
Preferred:
