About the Role
Hatton Garden - London
Monday to Friday 09:00‑18:00
Our client is a well‑established and highly regarded diamond and jewellery manufacturer and wholesale supplier. They are currently seeking an Operations Assistant to support both the retail and wholesale sides of the business, providing key administrative assistance to the Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise diaries
- Update internal sales systems
- Assist with purchase orders
- Respond to client enquiries
- Liaise closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations
