Our client, a fast-growing group of business centres, is looking to recruit an additional Front of House Coordinator to join their team, working alongside an established receptionist.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building relationships and making a positive difference to the day-to-day running of the business. There is plenty of opportunity to get involved, take ownership and bring ideas to the table, whether that's helping to organise office events, enhancing the client experience or supporting the wider team.
For someone with the right attitude and enthusiasm, this role offers excellent scope to develop and progress over time. You'll be joining a passionate, experienced team who will provide fantastic guidance, training and ongoing development.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar Front of House or Reception role.
- A naturally friendly, engaging and professional approach.
- Someone proactive who enjoys getting involved and taking initiative.
- Confident relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- A genuine interest in delivering an excellent client experience.
