One of our clients, a global private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join its Investor Relations team. Based in exceptional offices in Central London, the firm is looking for an experienced and proactive individual to provide high-level support within a fast-paced and professional environment.
In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Client development team, with responsibilities spanning mission-critical process management and complex scheduling. The position will involve assisting with the management and ongoing maintenance of a Salesforce-based CRM database, as well as working with client information and feedback to ensure internal marketing pipelines are accurately updated.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating Investor Relations meetings and roadshows, managing all associated logistics, preparing and editing roadshow materials, and supporting the organisation of investor-related events.
This position is well suited to a proactive individual who is confident liaising with clients and building strong networks across the global offices. Stable and demonstrable experience within the investments sector is essential, with a proven track record of providing high-level support in a similar environment.
