A prestigious family office in the West End is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant / Lifestyle Manager. This role involves supporting the principals in managing their complex lifestyle, travel arrangements, and high-level personal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex Travel Arrangements: Organising all aspects of the family's travel, including private jet bookings, luxury accommodation, and coordinating complex itineraries.
  • Event Management: Overseeing event planning for family gatherings, both at home and externally.
  • Lifestyle Management: Handling the logistics of the principals' lifestyle, from coordinating holidays and household needs to sourcing niche providers.
  • Liaising with Household Staff: Working closely with the house manager to ensure seamless coordination of needs and operations.
