Personal Assistant to the Director
to £45,000 ( ad hoc 1 day flexible working weekly )
Our client, a prestigious luxury real estate firm with beautiful offices in the heart of the West End, is seeking a proactive and highly organised PA to support a leadership Director and team of three.This is a pivotal role within the finance department, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks, including diary management, meeting coordination, and process support, allowing the Director and wider team to operate at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing full PA support to the Director, including complex diary and calendar managementCoordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutesSupporting internal finance processes and liaising with other departmentsManaging travel arrangements and handling expensesGeneral team administration and document management
