Office Manager – High-Performing Management Consultancy

A leading boutique management consultancy, known for its collaborative and high-achieving culture, is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their growing team. With around 30 employees, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied and influential role, where you\’ll have real impact on day-to-day operations and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all office operations and act as the main point of contact for external partners (IT, HR, suppliers, landlord, accountants).
- Supervise and/or line manage assistant/coordinator level team members, supporting operational projects, internal communications, company events and travel arrangements.
- Oversee and manage the onboarding processes and employee lifecycle support.
- Be responsible for office budgets and supplier accounts, overseeing procurement processes and decision making.
- Operationalise administrative processes that ensure the company compliance with contractual terms and legal obligations, inclusive of being the GDPR contact.
- Work closely with the leadership team to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

- Previous experience in office or operations management, ideally in a growing business.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong numerical and literacy skills.
- Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to make commercial decisions.
