Join a Global, well-known Management Consultancy. Are you an expert sourcer with a passion for building exceptional talent pipelines? Our client, a highly respected global management consultancy, is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join their Newcastle-based team on a 6-month hybrid contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support high-impact recruitment programmes across Europe while shaping the future of talent acquisition.
Location: Newcastle (Hybrid)
Languages: Fluent English plus Spanish, or Italian (one additional language required)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Recruiting and Sourcing Leads to develop strategic sourcing plans for your business area.
- Partner closely with Recruitment teams to deliver high-quality candidate pipelines and support ongoing talent needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing methodologies, helping ensure the right channels and tools are in place.
- Proactively source, engage, and submit pre-qualified candidates aligned to SLAs and KPIs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- Prepare and deliver reporting, insights, and stakeholder updates using data-driven analysis.
- Actively participate in sourcing meetings, projects, and Europe-wide initiatives.
- Coach and develop junior members of the sourcing team.
Requirements
- Strong, influential communicator comfortable advising senior stakeholders on recruitment best practice.
- Proven experience providing market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
- Skilled in sourcing for both high-volume and niche recruitment campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of Boolean search, X-ray, social sourcing, and other advanced talent acquisition techniques.
- Collaborative, inclusive team player committed to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrable success in direct sourcing from multiple channels.
- Confident using MS Excel & PowerPoint, and leveraging ATS/CRM data to influence decisions.
- Growth mindset and proactive commitment to learning.
- Fluent English and one additional European language: French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
