The Role
As a Workplace Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding workplace experience by overseeing office operations, facilities, health and safety, and workplace logistics.
You\'ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the office remains welcoming, safe, and efficiently managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the workplace, maintaining a safe, organised, and professional environment.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, facilities maintenance, repairs, and contractor relationships.
- Provide a first-class experience for employees, visitors, and clients, responding promptly to workplace enquiries and coordinating visitor access.
- Organise workplace logistics for new starter onboarding, internal events, training sessions, meeting room setups, and catering.
- Support Health & Safety compliance through workplace inspections, risk assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with teams including People, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership to provide operational and administrative support.

- Experience supporting workplace events, onboarding, or office logistics.
- A basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements, or a willingness to develop knowledge in this area.
