A prestigious global hedge fund based in Mayfair is looking for a bright, ambitious and personable Team Assistant to join its growing business.

You will join an established team of four professional Administrative Assistants and Team PAs, providing varied administrative support across the business. This is a hands-on role offering excellent exposure to an international investment firm and the opportunity to learn from some exceptionally talented people.
The Role
The Role
- Providing general administrative and team support across the business.
- Coordinating international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and transport.
- Acting as a central point of contact for office enquiries and requests.
- Liaising with suppliers and managing day-to-day office requirements.
- Maintaining records, filing and assisting with general office administration.
- Supporting the organisation of internal events and social activities.
- Providing ad-hoc support and helping wherever needed.
About You
This role would suit someone with experience in a busy reception, front-of-house or administrative position, or an existing Team Assistant looking for their next career move.
Financial services experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates with Team Assistant or administrative experience in other fast-paced corporate environments will also be considered.
You will be bright, proactive and exceptionally organised, with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to build relationships at all levels are essential.
