This varied role combines front‑of‑house, hospitality, administration and event support. Working closely with architects, project teams and the wider Administration Team, you will help deliver an exceptional experience for both visitors and employees.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and managing front‑of‑house operations
- Setting up meeting rooms and coordinating hospitality
- Helping with employee events
- Answering calls and managing shared inboxes
- Supporting internal meetings, presentations and studio events
- Assisting project teams with administration and documentation
- Maintaining tidy and professional reception and meeting spaces
