Our client is a small but highly respected organisation (20 employees) that brings together senior leaders from universities, major corporates, and government. Operating as a collaborative partnership, they share insight, data, and expertise to drive meaningful improvement and positive impact across the UK economy and society. Specialists in data and analytics, the organisation has developed a strong digital portfolio that enables deeper, more insightful partnerships. Their work directly contributes to building a stronger UK with a flourishing economy and improved outcomes for citizens.
They are now seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role will suit an EA with some exposure to Board-level activity, including collating papers, coordinating complex diaries, preparing agendas and minutes, and acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally. You will work closely with a highly supportive CEO and a small Senior Leadership Team of three.
The role is varied and trusted, involving full inbox and diary management, coordination of UK-wide travel and speaking engagements, internal project support, and proofreading high-quality documentation. A core part of the role will be developing a strong understanding of the CEO's priorities, proactively shaping his schedule to ensure time is used as effectively as possible across meetings, events, and strategic commitments.

About you
You will have prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior support role. Experience within the non-profit, membership, university, or public sector would be advantageous, though candidates transitioning from the private sector are also encouraged to apply.
Working pattern
The role is hybrid, with attendance at the Waterloo / London Bridge office every Tuesday and one additional day per week. Senior Leadership Team meetings take place in person every two weeks on a Friday, so availability on these days is required.
