Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless running of a busy and high‑performing function. Key Responsibilities
Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple senior stakeholders
Coordinating complex meetings, international travel, and schedules
Acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
Preparing presentations, documents, reports, and meeting materials
Supporting wider team coordination and administrative processes
Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team
Assisting with ad hoc projects and contributing to initiatives within the EA community, including social and engagement committees
The Ideal Candidate
Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills
Proven experience supporting senior executives within a fast‑paced corporate environment
Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise effectively
A polished and professional ambassador for the business
Proactive, solutions‑focused, and capable of operating with discretion and confidentiality
A genuine interest in developing within a legal EA capacity and taking on broader responsibilities over time
Salary will depend on experience.
