The Company: Our client, one of the UK's fastest growing childcare providers, and an accredited "Great Place to Work" is looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to support the UK CEO and senior leadership team in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. This role combines executive support, operations coordination, office management, communications and project delivery, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being central to how an organisation runs.
The Role: Based in a state of the art head office in the City, you will manage complex diaries, travel, inboxes and daily logistics for the CEO and leadership team, ensuring they stay focused on strategic priorities. You'll coordinate leadership meetings, maintain smooth communication across the organisation and handle sensitive information with complete discretion. The role also involves drafting and reviewing internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, warmth and consistency of tone.
You’ll also play a core part in delivering cross-functional projects - such as sustainability initiatives, tech rollouts, launch planning and operational improvements - ensuring timelines and stakeholders stay on track. The role includes planning internal events such as leadership conferences, team days and company-wide gatherings. Limited personal support to the CEO may be required.
A minor part of the role will be to oversee the day-to-day running of the Support Office, including supplies, systems and IT coordination (hardware, software access, onboarding and vendor liaison). Acting as a key link between leadership and nursery teams, you’ll support operational problem-solving, procurement, supplier relationships and follow-through on issues, including occasional involvement in customer matters.

- Brings excellent written communication skills without reliance on AI
