Key responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Review CVs and identify suitable candidates against role requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates'' skills, experience and language capabilities.
- Support recruitment for strategic sourcing roles requiring fluency in English and German.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future vacancies.
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Meet sourcing targets and support the delivery of urgent recruitment requirements.
- Ensure candidates receive a positive and professional recruitment experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent sourcing.
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
