A highly organised and proactive Human Resources Assistant is needed to support day-to-day HR operations across the UK, Paris, and Dubai. Responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end payroll
- Preparing contracts and induction packs
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
- Overseeing intern and graduate programmes
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Supporting performance management, training, and immigration processes
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for employee queries
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Managing HR trackers
- Providing cover for recruitment where needed
The ideal candidate will be working towards a CIPD qualification and have at least three years of HR support experience, ideally within financial services. Strong knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and international payroll processes is required (Cascade experience highly beneficial). Discretion, excellent organisation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with experience handling employee relations and managing confidential information.
