Our client, an exciting membership consultancy that partners with well-known retailers across London, is hiring an organised and committed Executive Assistant. The role is to provide support to two directors in an exciting growth period! They are looking for a loyal and trustworthy candidate who can commit to the role long-term and be invested in the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the company directors in full diary and inbox management.
- Scheduling appointments, arranging meetings and managing itineraries for directors.
- Booking and arranging international and domestic travel.
- Dealing with enquiries and correspondence (Distributing, responding and gatekeeping for directors).
- Sitting in on board meetings, taking notes and following up on actions.
- Administration duties for general office management when required.
- 1+ years experience as a PA/EA.
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to form strong relationships whilst remaining calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidence.
