As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide first-class administrative and operational support, with a strong focus on calendar, meeting, and diary management. You will take full ownership of all executive logistics, ensuring seamless coordination of daily schedules, meetings, travel, and planning activities. You will also play a key role in supporting and coordinating with the Board.Key Responsibilities:Manage and prioritise the CEO's schedule, ensuring maximum efficiency and time managementOrganise and prepare for high-level meetings with internal and external stakeholdersBuild strong, professional relationships across all levels of the businessLiaise confidently with Directors, Board members, and senior stakeholdersAnticipate needs and act proactively to ensure the CEO is always fully briefed and preparedHandle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalismSupport board meeting preparation and follow-up, including agendas, minutes, and communicationsThe Ideal Candidate Will:Be immediately available Have proven experience supporting C-suite executivesBe proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focusedThrive in fast-paced, agile environments (experience in FinTech or start-ups highly desirable)Be confident, calm under pressure, and highly detail-orientedDemonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skillsIf you're an experienced and adaptable EA ready to hit the ground running and support a driven and dynamic CEO, we'd love to hear from you.
