Our client is one of the UK's most prestigious gourmet food delivery businesses, serving a wide range of longstanding customers, including corporate clients. We are seeking a versatile and busy Customer Support Advisor to act as a key contact within the business, building strong relationships with customers via phone and email. The role involves answering customer queries, managing daily administrative tasks, and supporting marketing efforts for existing and new customers.

Key Duties:

  • Managing daily administration tasks, including order processing, shipping documents, and customer communications
  • Handling inquiries via info@ inbox and website contact forms promptly
  • Taking orders over the phone and email, providing excellent customer service and upselling products
  • Responding to customer queries professionally and promptly
  • Dealing with customer complaints calmly, escalating issues when necessary
  • Managing courier shipping and troubleshooting delivery issues
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Hiring and training seasonal Christmas support staff
  • Supporting marketing activities, including pre-planning schedules
  • Preparing sales reports
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations and process improvements
  • Updating the WordPress website with new products and seasonal trends
  • Communicating website update needs to the web team
  • Editing automated email communications
  • Managing corporate orders, building relationships with businesses, and creating bespoke orders and gifts
