Temporary Data Administrator β Fully Remote
This temporary Data Administrator role, fully remote with occasional collection of a laptop in the City of London, suits someone seeking two months of home-based work. Hours run 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, paying up to Β£15.20 hourly plus holiday pay. Duties include navigating websites, gathering and preparing information for analytic tools, carrying out in-depth research and mining, and reporting findings. Recommendations must be shared with supervisors, other teams and senior staff. The successful candidate works independently, shows a proactive, critical and highly detailed approach, and communicates clearly. Healthcare and publishing sector experience is useful.
Working hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Working independently , navigating and reporting on websites and data paths
- Gathering and preparing relevant data to use in analytic applications
- Carrying out in-depth research and data mining.
- Report findings
- Communicate recommendations based on findings to your supervisor, other teams and senior staff
- Ad-hoc support of the Project Manager
- Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
- Retrieving data as requested
- Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
- Generating periodic reports
- Extensive use of Excel
Essential Skills and Experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outgoing personality, used to working unsupervised
- Strong communication skills (both Verbal and Written)
- Patient, can manage stressful situations without losing his/her sense of priority
- Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent data and website manipulation
- Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
