Temporary Project Coordinator for Recruitment Consultancy
Location: Central London
Hours: 9am-6pm
Model: Hybrid, 3 days in office
Pay Rate: £15-17 per hour
Contract: 3 months
Our client is seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator to provide support to two consultants during an exciting project! The role is based in a professional and friendly office in Central London. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of client management and search execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with high-profile clients and candidates at a senior level, including arranging interviews and business development meetings.
- Complex diary management and preparing travel arrangements.
- Updating client and candidate information on company data bases focusing on accuracy.
- Maintaining a busy inbox and responding to calls in prompt and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of business development materials for client pictures.
- Preparing client and candidate reports that align with the company standards.
- Tracking consultant expenses and documenting them for the finance department.
