Permanent Personal Assistant to Directors- Charity

West End Hybrid 3 days in the office

£35,000 + excellent pension and benefits

Love Success has an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and capable business support professional to work closely with two senior Directors within a well-established charity.

This is a varied and influential role, working closely with two senior members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of both directorates, helping to manage priorities, coordinate key activities and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The EA / PA role will suit a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment, is confident dealing with senior stakeholders and has the judgement and discretion required to support at executive level.

This would suit someone with strong administrative, coordination or project support experience who is looking to develop their career in a senior-level environment. While previous Executive Assistant experience would be advantageous, it is the ability to manage priorities, build relationships, exercise sound judgement, and take ownership that is most important.
