Working closely with the Office Manager and Executive Assistants, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a warm, seamless, and professional welcome. You\’ll take ownership of the reception area and front-of-house operations, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared with refreshments and AV set-ups, handling courier deliveries, managing office supplies, and assisting with restaurant bookings and ad hoc administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests professionally, offering refreshments and coordinating meeting room logistics
• Liaise with Executive Assistants and Office Manager for meeting requirements and urgent tasks
• Organise catering, restaurant bookings, and couriers
• Oversee office supply inventory and liaise with the building manager as needed
• Maintain the overall presentation and smooth running of front-of-house

• Previous experience in a corporate reception role, ideally within professional services (finance, law, investment)
